We work carefully, never rush, and do not overbook appointments.
Expect your dog to be with us for 1 – 3 hours depending on size and condition of the coat
We always take our time and do it right.
We only use high quality shampoos and conditioning products for our dog bathing some of which are the following; Nature’s Specialties, Burt’s Bees, Furminator,Tropiclean, Wahl etc.
We won’t use anything on your dog we have not already used on our own!
Dog Grooming Size is Determined as Follows;
Small dog 1-15 lbs. i.e., Yorkshire Terrier, Miniature Poodle
Medium dog 15-30 lbs. i.e., Shih Tzu, Bichon Friese
Sorry but at this time we do not full groom dogs over 40lbs.
Along with size condition of your dog’s coat, and breed, is the determining factor in the price of a full groom. We may not groom your dog if it is severely matted, or has medical or behavioral issues, we feel it is better to have such dogs groomed at a veterinary clinic.
Dog Bath;
This is an essential service that maintains the appearance and hygiene of your pet.
Each bath at Mutkut includes:
Wash with warm water and Shampoo
Deep conditioning with premium conditioner
Towel/Blow dry by hand (no cage drying)
Cologne spray (if requested)
Nails and paw trimming
Small 20.00 – 30.00
Medium 30.00 – 40.00
Full Dog Grooming;
Small 40.00 to 60.00
Medium 50.00 to 70.00
Sorry but at this time we do not full groom dogs over 40lbs.
This grooming service consists of a bath, nails, ears and full haircut from nose to tail using clippers, thinning shears and scissors.
You decide exactly how you want your dog to look, how long or short the hair should be and whether your dog should look full bodied or slim.
Mutkut dog groomers will work hard to give your dog the individual look you want that will assuredly bring out the essence of its personality.
We promise your dog will get the best haircut we can give, in a comfortable setting, for a cost that is within reason.
We don’t add on any extra charges for conditioning, colognes or hypo allergenic shampoo.

The price we agreed upon when you brought your dog in is the price you will pay.
Dog Nails;
We will only provide this service for dogs that are calm within reason.
For regular grooming customers that like their dogs nails done between grooms
the cost is $10.00.
Sorry you have to be a regular grooming customer for us to clip your dog’s nails.
Sorry but we do not Dremel nails.
Light filing /emery boarding is included with the service.
Ear Cleaning;
The ears are a delicate and important part of your dogs overall health and well being.
I am certain most of you reading this will recall having had an earache at least once in their lifetime and how miserable that made them feel.
As part of the full grooming experience here at Mutkut,the ears will be gently cleaned and plucked, but if you feel a more thorough cleaning is in order ,or you suspect an ear infection a veterinarian should be consulted. Groomers are not trained to give medical consultation or diagnosis for any illness or injury your dog may be experiencing.
If we suspect your dog has an ear infection we will not touch the inside of the ear and suggest a visit to the veterinarian.
Dog Sitting;
Small dogs only one or two maximum and must be from the same family.
Well behaved and potty trained a must ,cost includes food.
Your dog will be treated like we treat our own with 24/7 supervision and care in a no kennel home environment.
Daily walks ,exercise and love.
If your dog requires medical attention or special food you must supply and include written instructions for us to follow.
Cost per dog is 20.00 per day and 30.00 per day for two.

Available in winter months for a nominal fee within a 20 kilometer radius of 150 Semple Avenue.
